The s-curve is known as as the “line of beauty” and the cabriole legs on our Claire Table is a fine example. The sense of movement and fluidity was not lost furniture makers as far back as the ancient Chinese and Greeks. Our slightly exaggerated execution adds a little lightheartedness to this timeless design. The s-curve is known as as the “line of beauty” and the cabriole legs on our Claire Table is a fine example.
